Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team at Cars24 in Delhi, IN. As a part-time Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates, and gather feedback. 3. Assist customers with scheduling appointments, processing payments, and resolving any issues they may have. 4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center tools. 6. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
