Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team at IBM India in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing information, answering questions, and resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries - Make outgoing calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or provide updates - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on understanding and empathy - Meet performance targets and goals set by the company - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Excellent planning and project management skills - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
