Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Cipla, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dynamic Call Center Officer to work from home in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity. The ideal candidate will be motivated and resilient, with strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to assist with inquiries, concerns, and product information. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Update customer information in the database accurately. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. 5. Maintain knowledge of Cipla's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Adhere to call center protocols and standards to ensure high-quality service delivery. 7. Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
