Job Description:

Ola Electric is looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Call Center Representatives in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback. 2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company database. 5. Collaborate with team members and management to identify opportunities for improvement in service processes. 6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Requirements: 1. Passionate individual with a strong desire to succeed in a customer service role. 2. Motivated to learn and grow within the company. 3. Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with team members. 4. Ability to engage in strategic planning to meet and exceed customer expectations. 5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
