Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Vedanta Resources Limited is currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team in Delhi, IN. This is a part-time position at the entry level, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with information about our products and services, resolving their queries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or complaints - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills both verbally and written - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Resilient and able to handle difficult customers with professionalism - Strong leadership skills and ability to take initiative - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and grow in the role
