Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Lenskart is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to work from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a dedicated and energetic personality. Strong presentation and leadership skills are a must for this role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, customer satisfaction, and response times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
