Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Cred is seeking a reliable and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team and work from home in Delhi, Delhi, India. As an Entry Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Providing information about products and services to potential customers - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting or exceeding performance goals and sales targets

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills - Persuasion skills to effectively sell products or services - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior call center experience is a plus, but not required - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must be available to work part-time hours
