Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Call Center Representative at Snapdeal, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients over the phone from the comfort of your own home in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy - Utilize company policies to solve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Work independently to meet individual and team goals - Manage time effectively to handle a high volume of calls - Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work from home with little supervision - Strong people management and planning skills - Excellent communication and listening skills - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure - Proficient in using computers and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection - Willingness to participate in training and professional development opportunities
