Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Goibibo is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India. As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner 2. Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements online 3. Providing information about products and services offered by Goibibo 4. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively 5. Meeting or exceeding call center metrics and targets 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role 2. Adaptable and motivated personality traits 3. Strong persuasion and presentation skills 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment 6. Proficiency in using computer software and applications 7. High school diploma or equivalent
