Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team at Simplilearn in Delhi, India. As a part-time entry-level position, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, generate leads, and conduct surveys. 3. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes in the CRM system. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive successful customer interactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. 9. Participate in training programs and ongoing professional development opportunities. 10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. 3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy. 4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 5. Driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus.
