Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Call Center Specialist to join our team at Dunzo in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with their inquiries, feedback, or complaints - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or resolve any outstanding matters - Provide accurate information about our services, promotions, and policies - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer conflicts and achieve a positive outcome - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for negotiation - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be motivated to provide exceptional customer service and exceed targets
