Job Description:
Zerodha is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time Associate Level at our company, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 3. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service levels. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism. 3. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. 4. Independent and resourceful personality traits. 5. Teamwork and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools.
