Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Dell Technologies India in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and scripts. 7. Meet personal/team targets and contribute to overall call center goals. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Hardworking and motivated with a strong desire to succeed. 3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 4. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
