Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Ather Energy is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide support and assistance to customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on product knowledge and call center best practices

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
