Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Cipla is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with their inquiries - Resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner - Providing accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records - Following company policies and procedures at all times - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Independent and passionate work ethic - Excellent communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
