Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Rebel Foods, a leading food tech company, is looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat channels - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and suggest solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong time management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using chat support tools and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent
