Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

PharmEasy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 4 years of experience who is resourceful, independent, and possesses strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail skills. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via chat. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any product or service-related concerns. 3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 5. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry. 6. Proficiency in using chat platforms and other customer service tools.
