Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Livspace is seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate-level team member, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently through the chat platform - Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and solutions to customer issues - Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Conduct research to find answers and solutions for customer inquiries - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support experience - Assist in developing and refining chat support processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or chat support - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings
