Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Faasos in Delhi, India. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will involve assisting customers through our chat support platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through chat support to resolve queries, provide information, and offer assistance. 2. Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing the customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions. 8. Assist in other customer service-related tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Confidence and drive to excel in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to think creatively to solve customer issues. 3. Decisiveness and the ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure. 4. A willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations. 5. Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings. 6. No prior experience required - we are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support platforms.
