Job Description:

Urban Company is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This is a part-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required. As a Remote Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat support to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through chat support. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Continuously improve customer satisfaction through excellent service.
