Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers through chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers. 3. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 6. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer support experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer support and confidentiality.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Reliable and independent work ethic. 3. Strong persuasion and research skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in typing and using chat support tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
