Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Goibibo, a leading online travel booking platform, is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Driven and resourceful attitude towards problem-solving. 5. Strategic planning and organizational skills. 6. Proficient in using computer software and technology. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Availability to work part-time hours.
