Job Description: Goibibo, a leading online travel booking platform, is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer support to our users.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively through our chat support platform. 2. Provide assistance with booking flights, hotels, and other travel services. 3. Utilize resources and tools to deliver accurate and timely information to customers. 4. Offer support and guidance to customers navigating the Goibibo platform. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 6. Continuously improve knowledge of Goibibo's products and services to better assist customers. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Driven and resourceful attitude towards problem-solving. 5. Strategic planning and organizational skills. 6. Proficient in using computer software and technology. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Availability to work part-time hours.
