Chat Support Associate

Dailyhunt is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support through chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support for Dailyhunt’s products and services - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers - Document all customer interactions accurately - Collaborate with other support team members to resolve customer issues - Meet and exceed performance goals for chat support metrics - Continuously improve knowledge of Dailyhunt products and services - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and other online tools - Experience in working with a diverse customer base - Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed
