Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Associate at Cipla located in Delhi, IN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. You will be expected to handle inquiries, provide product information, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and driven individual with strong interpersonal skills - Excellent planning and time management skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - High level of attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
