Chat Support Associate

Job Description: PharmEasy, a leading healthcare and pharmaceutical company in Delhi, is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate for this position will be reliable, resourceful, have strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through chat platforms to assist with inquiries, issues, and product information - Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers - Generate sales leads and up-sell products when possible - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and resourceful individual with strong negotiation and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - High school diploma or equivalent
