Chat Support Associate

Cipla, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Entry Level position, we welcome individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are adaptable and motivated to provide top-notch customer service through chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
