Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Myntra is looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual with strong communication skills - Ability to make quick decisions and exercise leadership in challenging situations - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required - Proficiency in using chat support software and systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
