Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Policybazaar is looking for a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and has at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers regarding their inquiries, issues, and concerns. 2. Research and gather information to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. 3. Negotiate with customers to find solutions to their problems and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Meet set targets for response times and customer satisfaction scores. 7. Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Experience in providing customer support via chat is preferred. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong research and negotiation skills.
