Chat Support Associate - Work from home

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Associate to join our team at Tata Motors on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an entry-level position, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers via chat, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have regarding our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and time-management skills - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and resolve issues effectively - Cooperation and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and assist in problem-solving
