Job Description:

Pepperfry, a leading online furniture and home decor company, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Associate to work from home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers to resolve product inquiries, order-related issues, and any other concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Offer guidance and assistance on our products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize persuasion techniques to upsell products and services to customers. 4. Conduct research to provide accurate and detailed information to customers. 5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.

Requirements: 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficient in navigating chat support systems and tools. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills. 5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required. 6. Candidate must be dedicated and motivated to provide exceptional customer service. 7. Soft skills in persuasion and research are essential.
