Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Chat Support Manager to join our team at Tata Motors in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support representatives who assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement procedures and systems to ensure efficient and effective chat support operations - Monitor chat interactions to ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase chat support team productivity and efficiency


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in chat support or customer service - Proven track record of managing and leading a team, preferably in a chat support environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong research and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools - Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
