Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and confident Chat Support Manager to join our team at Quikr in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As a mid-to-senior level position, you will be responsible for managing our chat support team and ensuring excellent customer service to all our users.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide exceptional service to customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor chat support conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to team members. 4. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Train, onboard, and mentor new chat support team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong planning and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Experience with chat support platforms and tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
