Job Description - Chat Support Manager

NoBroker is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Delhi. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving efficiency in our chat support operations.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive efficiency - Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement process improvements as needed - Train and mentor chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a professional and timely manner - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support role - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with chat support software and tools - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
