Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Snapdeal is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor chat support metrics and performance data to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions - Work closely with other departments to address customer escalations and provide solutions - Train and onboard new chat support agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chat support services - Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to chat support agents


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience in managing a team of customer service or chat support agents - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations - Confident in leading a team and making decisions - Excellent planning and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Experience in analyzing chat support metrics and data
