Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Dailyhunt in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service to our users.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of remote chat support agents to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets. 2. Monitor chat conversations to provide coaching and feedback to agents for continuous improvement. 3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize chat support processes and workflows. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner. 7. Create and maintain documentation for chat support procedures and best practices. 8. Conduct regular training sessions for chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, with at least 7 years of experience. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 5. Proficiency in chat support tools and software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Hardworking and resourceful with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 8. Cooperates well with others and fosters a culture of teamwork and collaboration. 9. Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
