Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Chat Support Manager to join our team at Snapdeal in Delhi, India. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our chat support team, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and accurate assistance with their inquiries. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to ensure team performance meets or exceeds expectations - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and customer satisfaction - Work closely with other department managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in chat support management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in managing chat support teams in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and leadership skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Hardworking and energetic personality - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
