Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Cult.fit in Delhi, IN. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the chat support team remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a confident and resourceful personality, as well as strong planning and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the chat support team remotely - Provide guidance and support to team members - Monitor and analyze chat support performance metrics - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Provide training and feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in a chat support management role - Confident and resourceful personality - Strong planning and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficient in chat support software and tools
