Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Cipla, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, is seeking a talented and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position should have at least 6 years of experience in customer service and chat support roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor chat support team members to enhance their skills and productivity - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Proven experience in managing chat support teams - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Attention to detail and adaptability soft skills - Proficiency in chat support software and tools
