Job Description - Chat Support Manager


Job Description:


Razorpay is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support representatives, ensuring high-quality customer service, and optimizing chat support operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage a team of chat support representatives, ensuring the team meets performance targets and delivers exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor chat support representatives to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 7. Continuously review and improve chat support processes to streamline operations. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chat support management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in customer service or chat support, with at least 3 years in a management role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Resilient and independent personality traits. 5. Teamwork and critical thinking skills. 6. Proven track record of success in managing chat support operations. 7. Experience with chat support software and tools. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
