As the Remote Chat Support Manager at InMobi, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote chat support agents to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on chat support performance and key metrics. 7. Making strategic decisions to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the chat support team. 8. Handling escalated customer issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a chat support management role, preferably in a remote setting. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Planning and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. 7. Experience with customer service software and tools.
