Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


The Adani Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support representatives to ensure high-quality customer service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor chat support interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and provide coaching and feedback as needed. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner. 5. Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management. 7. Handle complex customer inquiries and provide guidance to team members on resolving issues. 8. Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the chat support team.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in chat support or customer service management. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. 4. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 5. Experience with chat support software and tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
