Job Description: Livspace is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team and work from home. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving team performance to meet and exceed KPIs.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives, including hiring, training, coaching, and monitoring performance - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency - Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to team members - Analyze chat support metrics and provide regular reports to management - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role - Proven track record of driving team performance and meeting KPIs - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage a remote team - Driven, dedicated personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Excellent people management skills and ability to motivate and coach team members - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
