Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Chat Support Manager to join our team at CarDekho, a leading automotive platform in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, overseeing their performance and ensuring high-quality customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve response times and customer satisfaction metrics. - Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing support and guidance. - Monitor chat conversations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the chat support function. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.
