Job Description:
Apple India is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an associate level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, possess strong project management skills, and be persuasive in their communication.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. 2. Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Develop and implement chat support best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. 6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to chat support team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement new technologies or processes to improve chat support operations.
Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 3. Strong persuasion skills to influence team members and drive results. 4. Proficiency in chat support software and other communication tools. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely from home. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
