Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Nykaa is seeking a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, driven, possess excellent project management skills, and have strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat support - Assist customers with product recommendations, orders, shipping inquiries, and other related queries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the chat support system - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Work efficiently to meet performance metrics and KPIs - Inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with project management is a plus - Must be reliable and driven to provide exceptional customer service
