Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team at Amazon India in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional chat support to customers, answering their queries and resolving any issues they may have with our products or services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via chat. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience. - Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate. - Utilize creativity and strategic planning to improve chat support processes. - Provide feedback to the team and management to continuously enhance our services.

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong customer service orientation. - 3+ years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Creativity and strategic planning abilities. - Familiarity with chat support software and tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
