Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Icertis is seeking a passionate and resilient Chat Support Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong cooperation skills and the ability to conduct research to provide accurate and efficient support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through live chat support to assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and technical troubleshooting. - Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends. - Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional support.
