Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Ather Energy, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a driven and passionate Chat Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat and email in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer problems - Conduct research to resolve complex customer queries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other customer service duties as needed

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using chat support platforms and customer service software - High attention to detail and accuracy - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
