Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Icertis is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic and innovative team in Delhi, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional chat support to our customers, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general support to customers - Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive attitude - Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and updating relevant databases - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong people management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with chat support software and CRM systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
