Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Faasos is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat services. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, motivated, cooperative, and innovative.

Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Update customer information in the database accurately - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to provide better assistance to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software - Energetic and motivated personality traits - Demonstrated cooperation and innovation skills
